COMPOSTING AT OHEV!
Ohev is launching a composting pilot initiative to run through the end of the year. We are hopeful to build this into a regular shul practice and ask for your help in ensuring its success. This is a small step we can take towards reducing our environmental impact as a community. We’re still in the building phase so we’d love your feedback and support as we transition to this new model.
Thank you to those supporting this effort, including our Green Committee, the shul Board, and the B'nai Mitzvah families who have come together to sponsor this initial kickoff.
This includes, in the order of simcha, the Epstein-Levisohn, Silverberg-Gershman, Wolkenfeld, Kurtzer-Ellenbogen, and Gremont-Baer families. Contact Reuven Walder at rwalder@gmail.com if you’d like to help this initiative grow.
